Cornwall Council is currently undertaking a public consultation on the emerging Cornwall Site Allocations Development Plan Document (Allocations DPD). This is a document that sets out a strategy for the future development of 10 towns and two Eco Community sites within Cornwall.
The document identifies locations for future housing and commercial growth, as well as setting out a strategy for future infrastructure provision.
We are seeking your feedback on the strategies and sites set out within the document, which will help us to prepare the final version, which will also be subject to public consultation and an examination in public.
The consultation runs from 3 October 2016 and the deadline for responses is 5pm on Monday 14 November 2016.
We will be commenting on this document over the next few weeks.
