How much land is developed?

There is an urban myth that 1) there is lots of undeveloped land out there, and, 2) its ’empty’

Neither are true in either a UK or Cornish context.

1) In reality about 91% of Cornwall is greenspace [For a critique of those who seem to think the figure is lower see:

2) The 91% of undeveloped land is not empty, unused, devoid of life. It is mainly agricultural – providing food which we eat or other uses which provide biodiversity, resources and are pleasing to the eye and contribute to our health and wellbeing!
