The Broadmoor Farm development, proposed by Commercial Estates Group (CEG), will also see healthcare provision built, as well as a neighbourhood centre, a care home or sheltered housing, green spaces, areas for public sports and options for a small hotel and restaurant or pub to be built on the site on the outskirts of the town.

Well we keep hearing about the benefits that a development will bring as set out in the Cornish Guardian report and no doubt straight from the CEG publicity.
But residents of Saltash are not getting something extra – the facilities will simply keep pace with the new development!
And green spaces? extra green spaces? We think not as a large area of green space – known in technical terms as farmland will be developed and lost!!
